The continuous silver reservoir allows effective anitimicrobial release for full wear-time, reduces bioburden and will not stain the skin. The particles are high purity, state-of -the-art, nanometer size for maximal surface area and effectiveness. This is the only silver dressing where the hydrophilic membrane contains a cleanser, a moisturizer, a superabsorbent starch copolymer, and nanocrystalline silver particles.
