The combination of the compact central absorbent layer, the liquid safe barrier layer, and the breathable, knitted polyester surface of the underpads help maintain a dry surface while in use. Washable up to 300 times.<Br><br>The back of the underpads is made of a waterproof PE backsheet which ensures no liquid escapes from inside the pad. The underpads are made with a diamond pattern to maximize absorbency by spreading liquid across the pad.
